1. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold

- Orders ₹1,499 and above: FREE Insured Pan-India Express Delivery.
- Orders below ₹1,499: A nominal flat courier fee of ₹99 is applied to cover specialized insured air courier freight.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No extra COD handling fee. You pay the exact cart amount shown on your invoice.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
All orders received prior to 2:00 PM (Monday through Saturday) undergo same-day hallmark assay verification and are handed over to our courier partner the same evening.

3. Multi-Layer Tamper-Evident Security Packaging
Because fine silver is a precious metal, our packaging is engineered to deter theft and preserve jewelry during transit:
- Layer 1: The jewellery is vacuum-sealed in a moisture-resistant anti-tarnish zip pouch with silica gel.
- Layer 2: Cradled inside an artisanal rigid slide-out jewellery box with gold-embossed Aajiva lettering.
- Layer 3: Enclosed with the serialized Certificate of Authenticity and microfiber polishing cloth.
- Layer 4: Sealed inside a reinforced polybag sealed with a tamper-evident holographic security tape that visibly reads "VOID / OPENED" if manipulated.
4. Crucial Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend recording a continuous, uncut video while unboxing your parcel. In the rare event of missing items or transit transit damage, this unboxing video guarantees an unconditional immediate replacement within 24 hours.
5. Live Shipment Tracking
As soon as your shipment generates an Air Waybill (AWB), you will automatically receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification containing:
- The courier partner name (e.g. Delhivery, Bluedart).
- Your unique AWB tracking tracking number.
- A direct clickable link to track live GPS milestones.
You can also check your live shipment status anytime on our dedicated Track Order Page by simply entering your Order ID or phone number.
6. Click & Collect (Free Showroom Pickup)
For patrons located in Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, or Noida who prefer to inspect their jewellery in person, we offer our complimentary Click & Collect Sanctuary Service.
- Select "Showroom Pickup" at checkout.
- Your order will be hallmarked, gift-wrapped, and prepared within 2 hours.
- Visit our showroom at Shop No. 48, Express Garden, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP - 201014 between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM to collect your piece, enjoy complimentary chai/coffee, and have our master karigars adjust sizes on the bench.
