1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products on this website (aajiva.pravariq.in, hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2. Entity & Platform Ownership

This platform is operated by AAJIVA, a proprietary trademark and vertical of M/s Sharda Jewellers & Gems, having its principal registered flagship showroom at Shop No. 48, Express Garden, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP - 201014. All commercial invoices, billing manifests, and statutory warranties are issued directly under the legal sanction of M/s Sharda Jewellers & Gems (GSTIN: 09AAECS1234F1Z5).

3. 92.5 BIS Hallmarking & Metal Assaying Standards

Every article manufactured, marketed, or sold under the AAJIVA mark is crafted from genuine 92.5% pure sterling silver alloyed with copper or zinc for mechanical ductility. In strict accordance with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking Regulations, each piece bears the indelible 925 laser or punch hallmark stamp alongside our hallmark assay registration mark.

4. Precious Metal Pricing & Bullion Fluctuations

Silver is a precious commodity traded on live national and international bullion exchanges. While AAJIVA endeavors to maintain consistent consumer retail pricing, we reserve the right to revise product MRP and selling prices without prior notice in accordance with raw silver bullion market fluctuations.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the statutory 3% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under HSN Code 71131120.

5. Order Acceptance, Payment & COD Policy

Orders placed on the platform constitute an offer to purchase. Aajiva reserves the right to accept or cancel orders due to inventory constraints, pricing errors, or failure to pass risk verification.

• Prepaid Payments: Processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and NetBanking over 256-bit TLS encryption.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for pin codes serviceable by our courier partners up to a maximum cart limit of ₹10,000. Aajiva reserves the right to mandate telephonic or WhatsApp OTP verification prior to courier dispatch to curb fraudulent bookings.

6. Insured Transit & Delivery

All customer parcels are dispatched under full commercial transit insurance. In the extraordinary event that a parcel is reported lost, damaged, or tampered with in transit by the carrier, AAJIVA assumes full responsibility for either dispatching an immediate replacement or executing a 100% refund. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for inspection procedures upon delivery.

7. Anti-Tarnish Warranty & Lifetime Care

AAJIVA treats all creations with a dual-barrier protective shield (fine rhodium electroplating layered with an invisible electrophoretic e-coat) that retards silver oxidation. We offer:

• 6-Month Re-Plating Warranty: Should unnatural tarnishing occur within 6 months of normal domestic wear, we provide complimentary re-plating (customer bears return transit costs).
• Free Lifetime Ultrasonic Cleaning: Walk into our Indirapuram sanctuary anytime for zero-cost ultrasonic bench cleaning.

8. Intellectual Property & Designs

All imagery, jewellery CAD models, custom silversmithing motifs, logotypes, brand emblems, and descriptive literature on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of AAJIVA and M/s Sharda Jewellers & Gems. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, commercial redistribution, or counterfeiting will attract civil and criminal liability under Indian Intellectual Property laws.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any individual contracts shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any unresolved dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
